All orders are online only on www.nspiresa.com. Once orders are placed you will receive a receipt in the email you provided. If you have trouble ordering online, you can visit any of our stores or order via Whatsapp where you will be given instructions on how to purchase. Pre Order means they are not in stock and are made to order. Once the preorder window closes, the factory is sent the orders and production begins. They will ship when completed and updates will be provided. Pre Orders can take 90 days minimum to complete production at the factory (not including shipping times and delay at the border with customs).
We unfortunately can’t make changes to your delivery address once payment has been received and you have received your Payment Confirmation email
